An update on the most addictive show I've watched since EUReKA, which also was shown on SyFy. Why an update only a few days later? Because I'm completely obsessed with this show and if Thursday doesn't come any damn quicker, I'm going to go nuts.
In the process of my obsession, I've begun a ficfiction. Trust me, it sounds a lot less obsessive in my head than it does on my blog. But, I am completely obsessed with this show! I've actually watched the first three episodes more than once and that doesn't normally happen for me.
Unless it's EUReKA, Psych, Supernatural, and others.
I don't know what it is about this show but it is just so fucking addicting. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise about this show. You may think it's silly at some parts, trust me, I sure do. But after the first episode, you'll want to binge watch the rest that have already been aired on TV.
If you do a google search of Dominion tv show, it normally recommends other shows: Touched by an Angel, Supernatural, Being Human (US version), Kings, and Highway to Heaven. If you liked any of those shows, you'll enjoy Dominion.
Some parts are slow and boring but by the end of the episode, you go, 'Shit, I didn't see that coming.' But after seeing the first three episodes, I can totally see why everything happens. This is spoiler-free for the time being.
Trust me when I say this, my best friend, Bekah (who has been mentioned multiple times) started it yesterday. We actually watched the show together which was very difficult but fun at the same time. And she said it was good. We're going to watch Godspeed later. :)
The ratings seem good for Dominion, I mean I don't really understand the whole rating thing but it's about the 0.5-0.7 range, that's around 1.50 viewers per-week, and that's millions. Please, someone who's better at understanding this ratings thing, please comment. I try to understand it but it is kinda hard to understand at times.
Just watch it. You might be surprised.
Oh, and for the people who have seen Dominion - live-tweet on Thursday with the hashtag: #Dominion, just #Dominion. Let's see if we can't get other people interested and show SyFy, they can't cancel this show. I highly doubt it will get cancelled but I've been wrong before.
I know Tom Wisdom who plays Michael will be live-tweeting East Coast time. So, I'm going to try and tweet him and see if anything happens. That would be insanely cool if he responded to me, huh? You can probably tell who my favorite character is - Michael is such a hottie. For a guy who's 41, he's been drinking that Fountain of Youth shit.

Dominion is a show that I was looking forward to. It's all about angels and I'm a sucker for angels. Way before Supernatural and Castiel. My mom put this image in my mind about angels and how they should act - not the way Castiel acts, no offense to Castiel or the writers on Supernatural. I went in knowing what I wanted angel to be.
Just one thing: I found out that it was rated TV Mature. I wasn't too thrilled about that because my mom wanted to watch it with me. That's the was the main issue I had. Not because I was starting to watch mature shows - I just didn't know how mature it would be.
I downloaded the first episode for free on iTunes like either the day before it was released or the day after. I don't remember. But all I remembered was my SyFy channel had it as TV 14 when I looked everywhere else, it was TV MA. So, I was confused. I got even more confused when I binged watched the first three episodes in one sitting - two TV MAs, and one TV 14.
I'd say this is a mild mature show at the moment. All I've seen so far is some asses, cuddling naked after sex, and orgy going on (with full on moans, but you really don't see anything), and the aftermath on one in the first episode. I haven't seen any boobs or penises. I haven't heard the word FUCK yet either. Maybe I missed it but so far, I've only heard SHIT and BULLSHIT - which are in a lot of 10PM shows now (ex. Perception, Graceland).
The point of this whole post is: I FUCKING LOVED IT! And I've never seen Legion, which what it is based on. And by the people who have seen it on SpoilerTV and IMDb forums, I might be doing myself a favor.
So, it takes place in Las Vegas, 25 years after Legion (keep that in mind). Las Vegas is now called Vega. According to Wikipedia, "An army of lower angels, assembled by the archangel Gabriel, has waged a war of possession against mankind. The archangel Michael, turning against his own kind, has chosen to side with humanity against Gabriel. After the 25-year-long battle, newly fortified cities have arisen to protect human survivors."
I was texting my best friend yesterday as I watching Dominion and I had to keep in mind that Dominion is different from Supernatural. Now in Supernatural, we've supposed to hate Michael and love Gabriel. In Dominion, you're supposed to love Michael (which I do), and hate Gabriel (I haven't exactly decided if I hate him or not).
If you have seen Legion, than you know that Charlie at the end, had a son - well, his name is Alex Lannen. SPOILER ALERT: He's the 'Chosen One'. You find that out in episode one, and it is pretty obvious he's the one who's supposed to bring life back. He's the savior of humanity. That's a big step from becoming a lowest of low class to becoming a savior.
The reason I was going to watch it in the first place is because of Anthony Head, AKA Gilles from Buffy and Shilo's father in Repo! The Genetic Opera, plus a bunch more things that aren't coming to my mind. I didn't know anyone else in the show besides Alan Dale. He's also been in a bunch of things.
I went in not thinking I'd like it, and came out binge watching the first three episodes. I blame Tumblr for making me curious of this show. I was seeing GIF sets of Dominion and I was like, 'fuck, get I'm watching it now.' And I'm glad I did.
Now, everyone's favorite games: Who does Molly ship? and Who is Molly's favorite character(s)?
Well, at the moment, I don't really ship anyone. That could change.
As for favorite characters - Michael, Alex, Bixby, and looks like that's it at the moment.

Halloween 2013 - I don't mean trick-or-treating or anything along those lines. Not the decorations, not the God-only-knows amount of candy is purchased in my town to make Halloween fun, not the costumes, not the fun. This is all about the most shittiest movies during the month of October.
SyFy - You fucking suck this year! I'm not watching you at all! Where are the older SciFi movies I used to watch with my cousin in our other cousins room? Where are the SciFi originals? I don't want to watch feature films the whole month!
ABC Family - You are fucking slipping! I don't want to watch Addams Family and Hocus Pocus 24/7 for the 13 Nights of Halloween. Where's Harry Potter Weekend? Casper, Casper Meets Wendy? Where are the older movies that I used to watch on the 13 DAYS of Halloween?
Disney - Monstober? Really? I liked the originals! Monstober sucks again this year! I was just looked up to see what movies are playing and I wouldn't be able to watch them anyway but I saw three movies from when I used to watch Disney Channel. At 2:30 in the FUCKING morning! I mean, come on! We need to show today's youth Under Wraps, Don't Look Under the Bed, and Phantom of the Megaplex! And showing all the FANTASTIC episodes from the best Disney at midnight? I saw Even Stevens there and Lizzie McGuire, come on!
Hallmark - I can't say much but you are slipping too. I didn't see one Halloween themed thing on your schedule! The only thing I know is The Good Witch's Destiny and that's at the end of the month.
The Hub - The only channel who isn't disappointing me! Thank you! I actually have things to watch because of you!

So, since I forgot yesterday, let's talk about the End of the World!
Haha, I don't mean the actual end of the world. I mean the latest SyFy original film with Neil Grayston, Mark Hildreth, and Greg Grunberg. Before you say, "A terrible SyFy B film." It's not, its really not! Its a definite A- SyFy film. For a SyFy movie, it's got A+ cast (Neil, Mark, and Greg).
It's hilarious and all the movie and TV science fiction references to last a lifetime. I found out about it Friday night from my mom. I looked it up and said, "Oh, I'll watch it for him!" My mom asked who. "Neil Grayston - Fargo!" Yeah, uh, I'll do a whole post on EUReKA soon! Such a brilliant show that got ended to, to, to, toooo soon. Anyway, then I saw the picture and went, "I'll be SO watching this." Mom asked who again. This time I said, "The guy from V! His name was Joshua!" Yeah, I knew his name but my mom yells at me for just using the real names of actors over their character names. Some people thought V sucked, I didn't, I loved it.
So, that led to a 25 minute discussion on what EUReKA stars have been in B SyFy movies. I could name every single one of them. That will be another post with the EUReKA post.
Now with the movie, you hear Fargo - I mean, Neil - I mean his character Steve who is clearly based on Fargo, talking to another employee.
BTW: I was following Neil's live-tweet the whole time. Man, what a funny guy!
Back to the movie, then you see two cars pull up. One being Greg's love interest, Selena, and his SECOND cousin, Max who is played by Mark. I found Mark playing evil, very hot. I mean I loved him as an innocent Visitor on V who wasn't stupid but wasn't evil like Anna. Then Greg is scene. At first I didn't know who Greg even was, sorry Greg. But I looked it up and saw he was on Heroes. Never watched the show, so I might have to know. He's really cool and funny.
Then the disaster happens, I can't even explain - they aren't meteors but some kinds of electrical meteors. They can kill and the deaths are...bad. Not like in a D SyFy movie, but like it must have been painful to die like that.
The movie reference were the gold part of the movie because Greg and Neil played off each other so well! I really want them to work together again with Mark. As much as my mom hated Mark's character, I found him so hot as I say it again.
I don't want to give away spoilers but this movie will making you laugh and gasp at one point. Both my mom and I didn't see this coming but it also made my laugh because it was totally expected as I think about it now.
Oscars are tonight, I'll be watching. Finding how who on for Bekah because she'll be wanting to know who won for Supporting Actress - without a doubt it will be Anne Hathaway!
